KYC Verification
Identity verification for project founders and authorized team representatives, with optional public verification profiles.
What KYC is for
Audit Rate Tech KYC is designed to establish that the people presented by a project have completed the agreed identity-verification process.
For public engagements, a project can receive a verification profile on auditrate.tech that links back to the verified project and records the verification status and date.
What KYC is not
- It is not a smart contract security audit.
- It is not an endorsement of a token or investment.
- It does not guarantee future conduct by a verified person.
- It does not certify project finances, tokenomics or business claims unless separately reviewed.
Scope
Identify the project and representatives to be verified.
Identity
Collect identity evidence through the agreed verification process.
Review
Validate submitted information and resolve inconsistencies.
Project Link
Confirm the representative's relationship to the project.
Status
Record completion status and verification date.
Public Profile
Publish a verification page when authorized.
Public verification profile
A public KYC profile can contain the project name, network/category, verification status, verification date, project links and a unique Audit Rate Tech verification URL.
Personal identity documents and sensitive personal data are not published on the public profile.
